Lisa was born on an Air Force base in El Paso, Texas. Her father was a B-52

Family helped out by letting the two children spend time in their homes. Even grandma lived with them to help out. After her father retired, the family moved to the family farm near Jackson, TN and he remarried. Lisa graduated Jackson State Community College.

City Signs and since 2001 -Mid-South Color Lab, a professional photography lab.
Lisa has been a member of Art in the Village Gallery since it originated in 2009.
She and her husband own a small business with art, antiques, jewelry and other at Kersey Cottage in Cedar Grove, TN - the cottage is only open on Saturdays.
Lisa has two grandchildren, Katherine and Konner Flanagan.
I learned art by trial and error. Draw, draw, draw -most often horses. At school, I checked out library books about horses. The art by Wesley Dennis and C.V. Anderson made a great impression on my early art experience. High school and college didn't provide art classes for credit. I learned the most instructions from workshop classes provided thru the Jackson Art Association.
