Raised in a family brimming with artistic talent, I was fortunate to inherit a rich tapestry of skills. My grandmother's expertise in millinery, my mother's flair for floral and dress design, and my father's precision in fly tying have all woven into my artistic identity. My life's journey has taken me across various cultural landscapes—from Massachusetts to Great Britain, Georgia, California, and Tennessee—each place adding a stroke of diversity to my canvas. My extensive travels within the United States and beyond, including visits to esteemed galleries and museums across Great Britain, Europe, Mexico, Central America, the Virgin Islands, and Hawaii, have profoundly influenced my artistry.
My creative endeavors have been recognized with numerous accolades, and my artwork has found a home in both private and corporate collections nationwide. As a dedicated member of the Jackson Art Association's board and the Art in the Village Gallery, my contributions to the local art scene are tangible and ongoing. My work is regularly showcased at the gallery, inviting viewers to partake in my artistic journey.
I've had the honor of presenting my work in solo exhibitions at the Ned McWherter Cultural Arts Center in Jackson, Tennessee, and the West Tennessee Regional Arts Center in Humboldt, Tennessee. Additionally, I've had the pleasure of exhibiting alongside the talented Peggy King at the Dixie Carter Center. Each show is a unique opportunity to share my vision and connect with fellow art enthusiasts.
